http://www.presidentschallenge.org

The President’s Challenge is FREE, and easy to do:

• Register for the Challenge by creating your own activity log on the free website between March 1st and April 3rd at www.presidentschallenge.org. If you registered last year for the 2007 Challenge, just start entering your activities.

• Be active, log your physical activity, and track your progress starting on March 20th. Complete 6 weeks of activity during an eight week time frame in the amount designated for your age group:
§ Ages 6-17: aim for at least 60 minutes of activity, 5 days a week.
§ Ages 18+: aim for at least 30 minutes of activity, 5 days a week.

Stick to it! The National President’s Challenge ends on May 15th during National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. When you have completed the six week program, you can download a free diploma or purchase pins, t-shirts, hats, or metals. If you do not enter activity for two weeks, your website will reset and cancel all previous entries.

• Spread the word! Get your family, friends and co-workers moving too!

The President’s Challenge lets you choose from almost 100 different activities, so you’re sure to find a least one you enjoy. For more information and to register, please visit www.presidentschallenge.org
